It’s a great feeling to really see how a natural disaster actually affects a place. It was a great experience. Something great to be able to do.

Hands On Project Sungai Geringging

I only realized now that I actually achieved this.

Drove from Mount Cook to Christchurch during my trip to NZ. Funny how you dont even know when you achieve something. Haha.

I just came back from Burma last night. It has been a real eye opening trip.

Meditated at the Panditarama Hse Main Gone Forrest Meditation Center. Pretty amazing experience.

I feel so blessed to experience something so sublime and so precious. I don’t really know how to explain how it feels like, but I know deep down that it’s something precious for me.

I would most certainly return one day to the center for another retreat. I doubt it would be just for a month on my next trip.
