It has been real great that I had this sudden idea to just be grateful for an entire month.

It’s funny how I find myself more positive and able to find for better things in every moment just through learning how to be grateful consistently. I believe it is a good practice to learn to find for positives in things and in every single moment.

I find it much easier to just go through moments where I feel things are lacking and all. I am less fearful of situations and more in the moment of things. Just appreciating. I would certainly make it a more consistent practice.

Things that I found out in this period:

  1. Being grateful in the early morning helps you add extra quality to your entire day.
  2. It’s better to wake up early to do it. I love the 4am.
  3. Find for every tiny detail to be grateful.
  4. Be in the moment.
  5. I felt a sense that there were more life in my days.
