I’m in dire need of some fitness. I’m extremly disappointed for the fact that I have struggled to improve my fitness although I have the free time.

There is a tendency to break the habit whenever we have certain thing which we deem as more important that others. I need to cultivate back the running habit as soon as possible. I can’t live and move around knowing that my fitness is not at a peak condition.

I’m in dire need of methods to motivate oneself to run consistently. My running has not been consistent. I’m extremely dissatisfied. To hell with all those excuses and justification. I’m hungry, for fitness.

I’ll think of a method to keep myself constantly motivated to stay fit and live a healthy lifestyle.
